help with the auction house

I need some help with bidding on the AH. The problem Im having is at the last second Im losing the bid and I cant re-bid to win the item.

For Instance: There were 3 minutes left on an item that I wanted, my bid was 100AD. At 2 minutes, I was outbid to 106AD. I then bid 112AD; was out bid to 120AD and then the timer went to 1 minute and I was locked out of the bid. This has happened to me several different time and always with in the last 1 to 2 mintes of bidding.

Is there a cut off to when you can bid? Is it the 1 minute mark? How do I keep losing the ability to bid at 1 minute when obviosly the person that Im bidding against still can?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    I tried that but I lose the ability to bid, Im wondering if Im doing something wrong?
