Bought Zen for friend with my credit card and can't transfer to him

My friend is a school student, he didn't have a credit card but he would like to buy the reskill token, so I used my credit card to buy 1000 Zen for him as it would not let me buy 600 Zen, then I purchased the reskill token, and it was fized to my character on the Power window and could not give him the reskill token. Could any admin help me?

    Well, sorry to say but if I remember correctly the respec token in a character bound Item. You should have bought the Zen on your friends account. I suggest using a credit card gift card to make the transaction if you don't have one or finding a PWE gift card. The token can be kept for as long as you like, but you can only use it for the character that bought it. I'm not sure if you could use it for another character, but you can't trade it to another player.
