I bought Indomitable Warrior's Armors on AH then I discovered exactly the same glory armor +5 (Trade of Blades Vendor).
Both armors has THE SAME stats, no differences except this HAMSTER '+5'

It's flavor text. D&D magic items traditionally had +1 to +5 (at least in the antique editions I played.) It has no in game effect that I know of.
"Participation in PVP-related activities is so low on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis that we could in fact just completely take it out of STO and it would not impact the overall number of people [who] log in to the game and play in any significant way." -Gozer, Cryptic PvP Dev

There may not be a difference in stats. the "+5" is a D&D reference. In pen and paper, it is the amount that is added to a d20 roll, but in this game, it may just be a name.
