loading screen after charactor selection locks up

I have no problems with the game loading untill now. The loading screen after charactor slection bar moves all the way to the end and just sits there. I brought up my task manager and the game itself was not frozen because it did not say (not responding). now I am afraid after surviving the exploit down time of the game i am gonna lose my ardent and clestial coins. some help help here would be nice

    its a shador issue, your loading into the enclave correct? on the launcher hit options, safe made, then load in, leave the enclave then reset your graphic settings to what they were.
