Can't log in on my Cleric

For some reason I can't log my cleric in, which is strange because I can log my wizard in that is on the same account.
When I try to log my cleric in the bar loads all the way to the end and then stops and just keeps scrolling the tips on the bottom. I have let this sit for an hour with nothing happening.
I have tried to use the contact a GM in game on my wizard, but it says error when I do. I have also tried to click the support link on this website, and again I get an error"google redirect loop". I have left a post on twitter and facebook, and this will be my second post here about this, just hoping for some sort of response.
I am one of the people that has put quite a bit of money into zen, character slot upgrades, wards, and alot of other in-game items (most of which are on my cleric that has been locked for 3 days). This will be my last attempt at getting a response from the Neverwinter team before I move on to another game. I spent alot of time, effort and money on making that cleric, and all I am asking is for somebody to fix this so I can play your game, and spend more money doing so.
