Stuck and Perma-Dead

I went afk and died, and was logged out by the game. When i got back in, I'm dead, face down on the ground, and the release or shift-2 isnt working. I did a /stuck, a /killme, I've transferred instances 3 times, and all I do is end up dead at the starting zone campfire. I logged out gracefully, I exited immediately, I closed the game, I rebooted, and I'm still stuck dead, every time I log back in.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    And, when I try to request support in game, it says:
    [Error] Could not connect. Please try again later, or email Customer Service at customerservice@perfectworld.com.

    Having the same issue and been like this for 12 days now.... doesn't seem that PWE gives a **** about this bug even though its a game killer for people....
