Gateway one time codes not working.

Every time I log into gateway i get the email with a new one time code. but when I put it in and hit submit it tells me it's wrong.

can someone look into this system? I think there may be an issue, and even since you started the one time codes I can't use gateway anymore. Which makes me sad because I really enjoyed being able to manage my crafting form anywhere.

    I have same problem. On 3 different browsers. Any solutions?

    Is the gatreway supposed to be useable on phones? Because everytime I try to login, it crashes my browser. I'm using an Android.

    Same issue, with Chrome or IE, and 2 different computers

    This come sup for me as well, but usually only happens when I tell the machine I'm using not to save it. It's actually funny I can tell it not to save it and everytime the login will fail. Yet simply turning on the save option it will go through without issue. Not really what I want on a general use machine (My office shares a set of desktop PC's for those of us that spend most of our time out of the office).

    Of course until this mornign it was logging me out when switchign between characters on different servers as well, which is rather funny.

    You can put me on your list. I've got the same issue, code doesn't work for me. Each time when I try log into it's saying: 'Login failed, probably because the one-time code was incorrect'. It's sad that I can't keep watching my professions when I'm off the game :( btw I use Windows 7 and Mozilla Firefox browser

    Same here. I'm fed up with it. Plus, during the double diamond weekend. NONE of my tasks with diamond rewards are being doubled. PW, I want some compensation.

    I'm able to use the gateway but I get a new one time code every freaking time I use it, which isn't exactly "one time" and is completely annoying.

    I am having the same issue every time I try to log in it asks me for the "one time code" It's inconvenient and slightly anoying
