Mending Wounds at campfires

I did some testing and Mending Wounds at campfires is not working at all. Minor Injuries do not disappear even after waiting for 10 mins at a campfire.
Also, the Mending Wounds buff mentions that injuries should become less severe or disappear after 5 minutes, yet the buff only ticks for 3 minutes, so how is it supposed to work when it never lasts for 5 minutes and always resets every 3 minutes?

This is forcing people to use Injury kits, even if they have a few mins to leave their toon at a campfire.

    Some of the campfires are bugged, but others definitely do work. I tried it recently. While it says 5 minutes to remove a wound, it actually only takes 3. The note on the injury saying you need to sit at a campfire for 3 minutes or use a mending kit is correct while the campfire buff tooltip is incorrect.

    yeah...some never work for me either..usually the ones in dungeons work but some in the zones dont...sometimes mending wont start at all and sometimes you get the mending counter but it just starts again after it reaches 0 without mending anything...maybe its a placed bug to increase kit sale...

    There was (is?) a bug where the mending counter would count down to zero and restart, and after the second countdown you would get a mending.
