Is it intended that Into the Fray forces you to do a full stop?
I only ask this because it feels terribly awkward at the moment.
DM: before you is a pack of zombies and one toward the back looks a bit less shabby...
Fighter: OK, as I rush them I suddenly come to a full stop use Into the Fray then continue charging the closest one.
DM: . . . .

Fighter: I use Into the Fray and charge the undead horror in the back of the pack.
DM: You loose initiative... for using Into the Fray
DM: Zombies get first attack, and roll a natural 20
DM: ummm... your dead.
