Items for the chests in the The Cloak Tower dungeon?

Hi,

there are three crystals and three flowers you can collect in the "The Cloak Tower" dungeon.
We completet it as epic one a minute ago and had collected all six items but we wasn't able to put the mm all in place.

One person collected all six items and was able to put three flowers and two crystals onto the platforms.

What are we doing wrong?

We know that the big chest in the middle only opens in the event time.

    Did they still have the other item in their inventory? Perhaps they thought they collected all 6 but missed one.

    Nope all in the inventory.

    I know 1 time I had 1 of the crystals I had to mess about finding exactly the right spot to be able to place it...think i had to tilt my camera up or down at a funny angle.

    So there are special orders in which the items hae to be placed?

    Maybe it isn't possible in epic mode?
