Unbinding companions.

I heard people say it was possible to unbind your companion with AD? I tried it, but whenever I right click it, I don't get this 'unbind' option. I'd really like to know, cause I feel like starting over. GWF is so broken, and people that hit lvl60 with them say that even GF outdamage them....

    This feature is not working right now, but is due to be implemented. (When exactly is not certain.)

    try unsummoning it(dismiss) then send it to idle companion slots (make idle)and then try and unbind it

    Im leveling a rogue and want to use the ioun stone I had with my GF with him. No luck unbinding the stone... when I try to mail the stone to my rogue, it asks for 12k astral diamonds to unbind and after clicking OK, nothing happens.

    Put it to idle, then try to drag it to normal backpack... it will ask you if you want to unbind it and give you the cost...

    Put the companion in Idle, drag the companion to the auction window where you put stuff for sale and you will get a question to unbind the companion for 60k~ AD. I have not tried it so I cant say it works 100%.

    It does not work. Nothing happens when you click OK while trying to auction, transfering to bag or sending by mail.

    It does not work...yet. Check back in a couple of months.

    when you try to trade/mail/post the companion on the AH, it will give you the price to unbind it (in AD).

    At least, a few patches ago, it did.
