What is the Hidden Power?

So what is the Hidden Power earned for having 3/3 in all of the Powers up to 15 Points required?

    Those aren't hidden powers. Those are powers that are unlocked at level 30 when you choose your paragon path. At the moment every class only has one paragon path so it's rather pointless but in the future those "?" powers will depend on that choice.

    So even if you had 3/3 in each previous power it doesn't change anything in the "????

    Nope. You'll note that the entire powers tree is divided up into sections and each section tells you how many points you need to unlock the next section. 5 then 10 then 15 then 20 then 30 etc.
