Party leadership, pvp and yea this needs a fix

So pvp is getting owned by afk STILL and now toss in the bots. Much of this could be fixed if devs would change how the party leader works. Put in vote kick options, so when the leader is stupid or can't read the language the rest of the team can still take charge. Pretty basic function in most "MMO" games.

Also, the bugged not porting in on pvp is annoying and has made me walk away from the computer a few times. You decided to put in pvp and it actually has potential. Time to start giving it some bug fixing love.

    Don't assign leader until someone is in the zone
    If a member isn't in the zone within 30s of start, they should be autokicked
    If you don't take any action within 30s, you should be autokicked
    If you don't move from the spawn point within 30s, you should be autokicked

    Real simple: Add an option to votekick.
