This set bonus isn't reducing the cooldown like it's supposed to. Tried with multiple spells in the spell mastery slot but nothing works.

    Tried too, cooldowns in spell mastery and normal slot are the same.

    Was going to post a thread about this myself glad i found this one first.

    I have asked my guild members to test this also and as stated the bonus to spell mastery slot is not working can we please get this fixed?

    I'm seeing the same thing. Interesting though it does increase the "Recharge Speed Increase" value by 25%.

    Same here, having the fourth piece does nothing whatsoever.

    No set bonus here either.

    Guys, what are you talking about...Almost none set bonus is working as intended, many 4-pieces are currently useless (High Vizier defense bonus has been reported to actually increase defense of MOBS - unbelievable!) and some others are broken so they give MUCH more bonus they should (look at Shadow Weaver set).

    Devs introduce stuff that is not working and we have to wait weeks before its maybe fixed.
