Missing level up box

When I got to level 15, I got the notice to use the level up box. I pressed U and clicked the message to open it. It said that it opened the box, but after a while, the message was still there and when I checked my inventory, I hadn't received any of the items and the box was missing.

This happened with my second character, Darrak Proudbeard.

    When I reached level 16 yesterday and when I log-in today my level 16 become level 10 and also the items that I loot from lv11-16 are gone -_-, why is this happening?

    This happened to my second character,
    name:Control Wizard
    server: Dragon

    Had the same issue, i was lvl 51 or 52 and when i logged in this morning i was lvl 49 and all the items i received during lvl 49-51/52 were gone and the astral diamonds and glory i received.
