Lost items and items kicking

First bug when I opened the gift box you get at 60 that has an enchantment it showed there was a blue bordered enchantment but the item never went into my bag.

Second bug just a few minutes ago during Dungeon Delves when I was walking to open the bonus chest it kicked me out to the login in screen then when I tried to log back on to my character it gave me a warning and asking if I wanted to login in normally to map I was in or safely to non mission map. I chose normally and it just tossed me into ebon downs.

    i got this too. seems to be quite common. i actually got a radiant enchantment as well so it was especially brutal (radiant level 5s go for around 22k each)

    Had same with Azure Enchantment rank 5 last night after opening the level 60 giftbox.......enchantment went poof after opening giftwrap, can only hope that the sent ticket pays of and the lost enchantment will be refunded in some sort of way

    looks like it was a common issue seeing as the patch notes address it. hope we get something :)
