Disciple of Strength not working?

Hi all just started a GWF alt, my main is a 60 cleric wanted some DPS action alot of yawns involved when playing cleric with a good group 
. Anyway i believe that Disciple of strength is currently not working as intended. The reason why i say this is because clerics have a similar type of feat that increases the healing that wisdom provides by 3%, except when you spec those feats on the cleric and hover your mouse over wisdom those changes are reflected under healing increase from wisdom (i.e. with 20 wis it says increased damage 10%, increased healing 13%, etc...).
Now as i am sure you all know that doesn't happen on the GWF, so i though it was maybe they just forgot to add that in the tool tip but then when i looked at the attack damage number in the char sheet before and after adding a point into the feat there was also no update or change to the attack damage number, so this has all lead me to believe that its possibly not even working at all ATM. can anyone confirm that it actually works?

I noticed that on my cleric, and I dumped points into it on my GWF and was testing the damage output and I don't think it's working whatsoever.
If yes, then yeah it does work, I remember checking the tooltip for restoring strike and it went from something like 879 to 880 after a point investment.
It's just terribad because it's not a flat bonus, like having 20 STR giving +12% dmg with 1 point in Disciple, it's more something like a % of a %, and honestly STR doesn't seem to be that good at all.
