Do people *really* get so invested in the appearance of armor in these games? Have we spent so long playing the likes of Final Fantasy, WoW, and League of Legends, that we just aren't happy with our armor until it looks like our characters bumped their way through a toy store covered in glue and their weapons would take a forklift to move in real life?

    Lol
    No
    That's the skin
I'm actually hoping it is just unfinished rather than the final copy.
Might as well wear paper bag
Common sense is hard to come by around here it seems..

I have never seen that though. I even have access to what I assume is all the player models in the foundry? I dunno just haven't seen that in game at all myself. If it is though it's pretty funny. I want my pink suit of epicosity.

Now I want to level up so I can evolve into a mud elemental.

I'm not sure if you're directing your post at the OP, or if you just came to vent, but having your character sporting a skinless, bright-pink chest piece in a role playing game does kinda ruin immersion. It's not going to stop me from playing the game, but I also don't see the OP making any claims about his desire for extravagant armor. It's a post made in jest; I don't think we can jump to the conclusion that he/she all of a sudden wants WoW, LoL, or FF -like appearances.

As a future mud elemental, I will personally drown anyone who does not agree with the op in watered down dirt.

i might want to add that this is literally how it looks. a specific t2 armor looks that way. I forget what its name is but it has no detail. for everyone.
