Assistant Lugan

I have just received another email from him in game after I finished the chasm, something about his having set up a teleport circle somewhere for me to use - and something about fish people above the sea of stars - does anyone have any info on what this is?

    sounds like a racial/class quest line to me

    Its the CW class line I believe - I have worked with him but this last email he sent didn't make much sense - at some point in the chasm I went and clicked on a stone and had this whole "you see a vision" thing - talked about things floating above the sea of stars. Then after a while I get this letter in the email and it said he has set up a teleport area for me to use in protectors enclave (at least I thought he said there) next to the sewers. Well stupidly I deleted the email and moved on with the quests and when I was done I went to PE to find him, but I cant find him anywhere.

    what does it mean when it says + 51 power on my dagger?

    it adds 51 to your power pool - the power pool is where your encounter spells powers come from

    There are class specific quests? Where are my TR class specific quests, I didn't notice any while leveling?

    They come in email form in game - TR have "The Cloaked man" He first appears in Blackgate and you meet him several time after that, you get an email the simply signed "a friend" and it tells you where to meet him - he is hidden behind bushes right after you cross the second bridge - same building as the alchemist but back corner

    I am just wondering if this email from him is for something that hasn't been put in game yet - or if I am wrong on where he is located - I was sure he said Protectors Enclave - but I cant find him anywhere - I only know of 1 sewer entrance and he says he set up his area by the sewer

    I got this. Couldn't find him, deleted it. Ended up just wandering around the city, found him in an odd spot on the map. He showed up on the mini map with a <!> Confused me what was going on. Sent me off on a pretty short quest, on a floating platform thing, with monsters in four corners, and after doing that i fought a big bad.

    Did that quest on my wizard. The reward was a level 58 blue cloak.

    Oh, and the guy was somewhere NE of the map I think.

    Oh, okay! I didn't know the Cloaked Man was a TR-exclusive questline.

    No surprise though, he asks you to do some pretty questionable things. Then again this is a game that has your "hero" character kill the indigenous lizardman population of an island just to help a bunch of murderous pirates make a profit.

    found him, hes at the farthest right point on the map, just south of sleeping dragon gate
