The queuing system frequently does not balance team roles correctly. People take one look, see that there are 3-4 dps and no healer or no tank and bail. You can requeue and hope to get a better balance, but it's running about 3:1 against right now, so not only is it wasting people's time, it's putting more stress on the queuing system.
This is a serious problem. I've been through nearly 20 queue cycles where the group was completely unbalanced (no healer, no tank) and/or members weren't teleported to the dungeon. It's completely broken at the moment and people are missing out on dungeon delves.
