Giftwrapped Enchantment bugged

Hit level 60, got pack from mail, opened it, then opened the enchantment pack, reward showed rank 5 Radiant Enchantment but did not appear in inventory.

ticket ID #1,688,325

Character name, time of bug and server I'm on is in the ticket I submitted.

    Exact same thing has happened to me only I think I seen an Azure Enchantment (rank 5)

    agreed I had the same thing happen to me this morning, hit 60 and got a rank 5 silver enchantment in the box but didn't actually receive it
