Why do +6 weapons barely vendor for more then the cost of a stack of potions?

Selling epics in /zone for gold is a tad...inelegant.

Consumable cost needs to drop :( or vendor buy prices need to go way up.
Use the <removed exploit lead-in> to interact with the auction vendor.

Or more treasures needs to drop so people can get more gold without selling epics for gold.

I want to know where Chartilfax and Karrundax's gold went. Or is gold not hip for dragons anymore?

    Potions are the new gold.

Actually, why don't bosses carry decent cash?

Honestly, the gold gain in this game is ridiculously low compared to the prices of things. A BOSS of the dungeon dropped 3 silver? Hallelujah it's a ****ing miracle!

Just buy some Zen and sell some of the things you can get with it for gold...

I actually like it that gold is somewhat limited and has a meaning at max level (potions, kits, crafting materials). If items sold for too much, gold would become pointless. Early on, during the beta weekends, people would often complain that gold was completely useless, and now people are actually offering rare items for gold -- I think it's good and adds another economical layer. I agree, though, that Zone chat being the place to sell items for gold is inelegant.
