Always Silenced

I was recently silenced for two weeks, I'm guessing from a glitch because it kept saying I had 0 hours left. It was finally working this morning all I said was "Test" and "Hey, I'm not silenced anymore!." I just logged in, and now I'm silenced for 22 hours. I'm the Co-Head of a guild, and it is impossible to recruit new members if I can't use chat. Is there a bug being worked on? What's happening?

    Somebody might have thought it would be "hilarious" to report you for spamming after you said you weren't silenced anymore. :/

    If you'd been previously reported, maybe, but unlikely just 1 person.

    My issue is that I did nothing to get reported the first time either, then it glitched and stayed active for 2 weeks.
