2 min CD on all moves - Beta weekend 2

I was riding around on my mount when I got dismounted by being attacked, but when my character got up - all my abilities, potions, and items were on a 2 minute cooldown.

Anyone else got this bug during beta week 2?

    Never happened to me. I got dismounted a few times, but I always had all my abilities ready as soon as I got back up.

    Just happened to me a couple minutes ago. GWF in White Crags, got dismounted and 2 min cd on everything, including potions >.<
