Not having punishment for leavers in dungeons / pvp is destroying your game. At some point you have to ask yourself a very basic question, why do people play games? They play games because they are fun. Trolls are destroying this game. It is NOT fun to join an arena game intended to be 5v5 with only 3 people. It is NOT fun to play an arena where someone leavers after the first time they get killed. It is NOT fun to finish the game that the troll left in with only 4 people because your developers lack the coding skill to allow new players to join the game. Its NOT fun to try and finish an instance with only 3 or 4 people because nobody else can join through matchmaking.
I'm sure your overwhelmed with trying to fix all the exploits your shotty devs allowed in the game. Heres an idea, release an OPEN BETA. You know, one of those things that players join and play to test. That only lasts a very short while and resets everything when the game goes live. That way you don't destroy your player base before the game even goes live by having their toons permanently effected by: Broken economy thru exploiters, PvP Exploiters, afkers, trolls. You've effectively scared your game permanently multiple times through exploits and it hasn't even gone live. Congratulations. Learn to have a plan and maybe someday this studio could have a successful title. But i can promise you that this one will not be one of those.
The reason you couldn't do a full reset (like you know you should have) is because you allowed people to spend real money and buy things that aren't refundable during what you call a BETA. Pretty sure i've never been in a (successful games) beta that allowed you to move from beta to release without a reset on everything for this EXACT REASON. Why on earth would you allow people to buy things with real money in a beta that wasnt tested, that could be exploited to ruin the game as a whole before it goes live. You handcuffed yourselves by doing this. Because now you know that your literately powerless to fix it without a wipe and your unable to wipe because some (idiots) have dropped 2-300$ on this hot garbage and they would rage when you took away all the stuff they bought. Zero planning...

You're missing the point, when the matchmaking system works correctly it won't matter when someone leaves as it will automatically replace them.
Also if you're complain about something try to limit it to one or two things, anymore and it feels like you're generally just ranting and venting (which you very well might be).

This. During the hour long dungeon delve event, I had to drop out of no less than four dungeons due to impossible makeup. The worst was four rogues and my GWF. Sometimes it fills, sometimes it doesn't.
I'm sure both PvE and PvP will benefit from changes. I'm sure this is a priority.

Fixing the way queues work was mentioned as a priority in the State of the Game. As for people dropping/AFKing in PvP, it makes me try harder. Winning a 4 v 5 makes you feel good. I do hope that the que system doesn't get us to the point where were are waiting years for tank and/or healer though. I'd rather try something with a strange party and fail then never have the queue pop. I know not everyone will agree, it's just my personal pov.
