Not getting rough astral diamonds from the gateway.

when I use the gateway to claim my crafting rewards if there is rough astral diamonds involved i do not get them.

I refined all of my rADs on my character down to 0 and tested it doing the protect the caravan crafting task and should have gotten over 1000 rADs(5 tasks 200 per task) but i still had 0.

if this has already been reported, is there a fix/workaround?

    This has in fact been around for awhile now. It was caught last week or so. Like jimieus said there is no eta on a fix or if they are even aware of it.

    i as well have experienced this..just noticed yesterday as i just started using the gateway.. was also doing the protect the caravan task and after logging in to the main game, didnt have any rough astrals.

    Last time people posted this, they mentioned that the game auto-refines your rough diamonds every so often. No idea if that is the case here or not. But you might want to check your total diamonds, not just rough.

    well thats a bummer. maybe it will get fixed :(

    ill have to check and see if they are getting auto refined when i have a chance to watch that.

    Was going to start a thread and saw this one. It's apparently still an issue because I noticed the other day I wasn't getting my RAD from Gateway crafting.
    I made sure it was set at 0 and then after a 12hr shift at work using the gateway to do Leadership quests, I had no RAD when I got home and checked my character.
    Any word on this?

    Did you login the game ? Not the gateway but the actual game. In my experience the AD is added to your character's AD pool (instead of in the unrefined AD pool) and only shows up AFTER you login the game.
