[URGENT] How to report misconduct of usage in spam reporting?

Some people, maybe doing it in group, just fckng reported me as spam on my first chat in zone. Now I can't even talk to my guild. If there are devs around, please take a brief look onto my account.

    A couple of other users have tested the /ignore function and found that it takes about 20 people ignoring / reporting to silence you... I believe it's a 24 hour silence? You could try PMing a Mod, but you'll need to file a ticket first to have it looked into. Unfortunately due to the huge volume of tickets they have right now, it'll take much longer than the 24 hours for them to get to it.

    Yeah, unfortunately by the time you get an answer, your 24 hour ban will already be over.

    ^ for guilds... for PuGs... I wonder, does the chat mute also mute the in-game Voice chat... (that no one seems to use... LOL)

    I'm from Einsof(einsofgaming.com) and our NW community is not quite big but I think others do use Raidcall. I use most of my time in the game chatting and the spam just ruined it. Very inappropriate and very unjust.

    Dude same mother ****ing thing happen to me these ****** *** trolls keep blocking me as soon as i say anything really i cant believe they gave the players the power to block people to the players thats the stupids thing you can do. Really ive played Many many mmos and this one is just a piece of **** really fukc you perfect world for letting trolls control the players.

    If you talk like that in zone chat, no wonder you got silenced. It'll keep happening as long as you keep acting like an <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> in zone.

    yea im pissed off they blocked me 3 times in 4 days for nothing i only say LFP and WTB in zone THATS IT but they keep targeting me for some reason.

    Yeah when STO started this , folios banned everyone . It will fade with time . Try not to use [Zone] chat for at least the next month . Blame the gold spammers not PW , this system works just load into STO and see . Unfortunately some kiddies will abuse it for awhile .

    I dont believe this for one bit (the first part of your sentence ;)).
    Every thread I read so far about people complaining about their chat-ban, I have been positive they earned it. They either cannot create one sentence without swearing, using caps lock, etc. or blatantly admid they spammed, but say there are others who are apparently worse. Just don't spam and you won't get in trouble.

    Since this anti-spam system is not as flexible as it is and can cause inappropriate flagship to some players, they should have created some sort of counter-fix. Probably some kind of command (like /stuck), or any other way that could quickly check the players data and recover from mishandled report.

    It's possible that it wasn't a group of people specifically targeting you, but rather that 20 people have put you on ignore, total. (Or whatever the magic number is.)

    Doesn't matter if you get ignored 20 times in five minutes or two years, once they hit the magic number, you're mute.

    Maybe some players simply lost their nerves, seeing so many LFM and WTB in the zone chat.

    This game needs trade, LF and advise channels ASAP. Otherwise they can close the "Zone spam channel" entirely.
