Hello fellow players, I have some question regarding to those companions in topic. First is it correct both of them transfer their stats to the player stats, ie if I will put the items into their slots I will get the stats from them. Regarding to this (if thats correct) i guess STONE will be better for wizard, since it has NECK, RING, ICON all of them with offense slot enchantments while CAT has NECK, RING, BELT (Belt comes with defense slot and stat wisely ICON-offhand has better stats then belt). Also with that comes question if i will put GREATER TENEBROUS ENCHANTMENTs into these items my companions will use, will i get those procs on me or not ? Next question is wich runestones are best for these companions ? Last question with possible answer is, cats comes with crit / recovery passive bonus while Ioun stone has Crit (less than cat) / recovery (less then cat) / power passive bonus ?
Both companions do transfer all stats you put on them (via runestones or items) along with their own stats. You do not get the tenebrous enchant procs (I've personally tested that) nor would I assume you'd get any other non stat based stuff transfer.
As to the runestones it would depend on your overall stats and what diminishing returns you're hitting. You have two offensive and one defensive option for both I think (I know that's the ioun stone of allure setup). I chose power, power and % stats as my three.
You are correct the cat is crit/recovery and the stone power/crit/recovery (to a lesser degree).

All stats except health bonus. So any health stats on item is wasted.
Also with that comes question if i will put GREATER TENEBROUS ENCHANTMENTs into these items my companions will use, will i get those procs on me or not?
Just paper stats, so no Tenebrous enchantment will not transfer to you.
Next question is which runestones are best for these companions?
Eldritch Runestone in defensive slot to transfer more stats.
Offensive slot can be whatever stats you want transferred to you.
Last question with possible answer is, cats comes with crit / recovery passive bonus while Ioun stone has Crit (less than cat) / recovery (less then cat) / power passive bonus?
Yes.
Ioun Stone of Allure - Power/Crit/Recovery - start at 10/10/10. Sources says end at 150/150/150
Cat - Crit/Recovery - start at 14/14. Sources says end at 225/225
Main difference is one uses icon and one uses belt.

It is for this fact, and this fact alone(Bolded) That the Ioun Stone is stronger than the cat in the end of everything. You get more total stats from it.

You can however get belts that have +240 Recovery or power with either of the other in the 100-140 range that ALSO have an offense slot too, making the cat even better for focused stats, having the base of 240 Crit/Recov vs the Ioun at 175
Overall if high crit or recovery is your goal on the companion, the cat is better.
I don't have a cat but I do have a rank 25 stone and I love it. I'm renegade spec so my crit is already pretty high (38.5% with campfire buff and nothing else) and only using one Shadow Weaver piece atm. That being said, for me I think the extra power from the stone benefits me more since I am getting close to the point of diminishing returns on boosting any more crit for myself. With another Shadow Weaver piece I could see myself breaking 40% crit which is exactly where I want to be. Ultimately I guess both augments are fine, just comes down to preference and stat priority I guess.

YOu can put cleric Never offhand in Allure = Win on stats
