UnBind Companions. False advertisement. Is this a lawsuit waiting to happen?

In game there is text that states that you can unbind your companions and should even make for some interesting markets. For this reason I bought them with Zen/real money and leveled them.

There is a cost of astral diamonds (not mentioned before you buy a companion) to unbind them from your character.

This is false advertisement. Knowing that is not working and yet it still being sold make it even worse. Please fix or stop selling them till you can fix it. Heck, you could just simply not make them character bound.

I'm confused, are you saying that there is, in fact, a way to unbind your companions?

If that is what you are saying, then I'm not sure I see where they misrepresented their product.

I think you should call around some attorneys and see if any will take your case!

I purchased an Xbox that said I could play hundreds of games with it, however to play them I need to purchase the games first

Nowhere does it mention that unbinding your companions is free. There is no false advertising.

Actually the "False Advertising" would be the fact that you cannot actually unbind the companions. It offers the option, payed for with Astral Diamonds. However, when you select the options, nothing happens, or on rare occasions it deducts the necessary astral diamonds from the amount you have yet the companion remains bound. This has been a problem since the initial closed beta and has yet to be addressed. The only "In Game" advise given by the GMs/Devs is to "Buy a new Companion". Hence giving them even more money. That would be false Advertisement.
