Want to buy zen but can't.....

I don't have a credit card so I checked other options for buying zen and saw that I could pay with mobile.
That's perfect for me because I regularly keep my phone over-payed so that I have at least $50 credit lying around.

The only problem is that it won't let me pay with mobile. I keep getting some error about "this service is not available in your area"
I'm in the US trying to use the Boku option (which I've used before), I don't see the issue.

I wouldn't bother Zen in this game is completely stupidly over priced

That isn't an option for me right now. I just got laid off and am searching for a new job, so all of my funds are pretty tightly budgeted. The only extra funds I have are in my phone's over-paid credit.

I will most definitely have a job before the next two weeks are done. I'm not worried about my money situation, I'm worried about not being able to help support a game I really enjoy :\

Focus more on getting a job and less on investing in a time sink that cares more about your money then providing you a fair experience.

It will still be around by the time you get another job. Unless you really need something from the shop that requires Zen and its on a limited time only, then I suggest you wait. :)

Sadly pay-by-phone isn't an all includive payment method.

It's very specific to your provider and your real world location. Many locations and phone providers simply do not support pay-by-phone.

While I know it's every company's desire to make that payment option available for everybody it isn't always possible. Sadly it's unlikely that will be changed in a short period of time.

I have the exact opposite problem. I tried a few times to buy Zen with my credit card, but I keep getting prompted to include mobile phone number and I don't own a mobile phone(GASP!!!) and don't ever plan to. Why the heck do they have this "requirement"??? Also,I can't buy a founder's pack, because it keeps rejecting my CC,which is BS because it's in good standing and can use it anywhere else no problem.
