Anyone have a phone number for support, been sending in emails for a month at least and not getting anything but issue resolved or form letters.

    Please do not send multiple support tickets. That is part of the problem the support team is dealing with and is slowing the process down greatly! Just be patient and support will respond as soon as they can. :)

    Please note that this is the Billing Support phone number. If you call them and get through for a reason other than Billing Inquiries they will be unable to assist you.

    Due to the high volume of tickets the lines are often busy so send a ticket as well until the volumes of tickets are reduced. I hope you get your tickets resolved soon. :)
