Problem using an outside door (from cryptic map) to transition to your own map

I have been struggling for hours trying to understand how to use doors available from Protector's Enclave to enter a building, and transition to my own map.

Story goes like this:

Go to Bob's house
Enter Bob's house
etc...

I selected one of the door from PEnclave to interact.

Then in Map Transition "From" property, I pick the same door...

Immediately, I get a Warning saying something like "You can only use each component only once."...

I know you can't add anything to the cryptic map like PE, and I am confused why it doesn't work.

It works fine if I use a" Interact with object" objective and I use a sewers grate for example, but when I tried to pick door, no door show up in the list to pick...

When I am in the indoor map, I can create my own door, etc...

So the question is: How can I use premade door from cryptic maps to transition to my own map without that warning...

Thanks

By simply selecting it as the starting point. No need to make it interacteble, that's what's causing the error.

I don't understand what you mean.

I want to start the quest in PE.

    (1) Go to Bob's house (I select Unlock Door and select one of the door in protector's enclave: Tymor Street Door (#79))
    (2) Then I place my interior map (Bob's House Map)
    (3) The Map Transition object has a Warning "Map Transition much specify a door" so I pick the same door in the "Leave Map From"

Immediately, another warning shows up: "Each component must be used no more than once"

The Unlock Door objective is the ONLY objective that lets me pick an existing door from PE map (and obviously, I cannot add my own to cryptic maps). If I pick Interact with object, I can pick existing object such as sewer grate and map transition using that same grate, and I get the same error...

So what should I do to use the existing door from cryptic maps to transite to my own interior maps without warning?

    Thanks
    :)

    I GOT IT!

In fact, I should NOT use any objective in the PE section, nothing.
Then I just use the map transition to leave from "and select a door"...

This is counter intuitive but that's it.

    Thanks for your reply regardless.

    Ok for a better understanding:

On the story tab you see Quest start and below that is the map transition. Clicking the map transition you choose to leave overworld map false and you choose the door you wish to enter from. That should be the only place you ever reference that door.

edit: posted at the same time :) Glad you got it.

Yeah, before, I was try to also add an objective that would say "Enter the House", using the same door as component to interact with... hence the double use. Just using the Map transition is enough, no need for objective.

    Thanks
