Question about dungeon loot.

Hi there, so I can't find much information about Neverwinter at all on the internet, let alone about items. I'm wondering if you can obtain full item sets from dungeons, or are there just specific item drops?

    There are better people then me to answer that question but right now they are busy beheading each other on these forums. Epic loot from level 60 dungeons are sets and if you have more then one piece of them they boost some of your abilities. Hope it helped.
