Mails disappeared

When you disabled the mail system all of my mails disappeared from it, when will I get that items back?
I've sent my rank3-4 enchantment stones to my girlfriend every time I cleared a dungeon, and she could not log in the past 5 days because she was away. Now she logged in today and all the mails I've sent just disappeared. How and when will we get those back?
I've sold an item in AH and got the mail from the AD, but I was working and I couldn't receive the AD from the gateway site. Next day server was offline and couldnt get it out, now the mail disappeared. I know you sent us some items, what i cant even use, but at least you tried, but I've lost more than you sent me back with that pack.
Of course the ingame bug report worth nothing, that's why I ask here.
