None of these are really bugs, however they are blatant typos/mistakes to the point where they need to be reported on the official report issues board, a.k.a. the Bug report board. I am mostly doing this because I haven't seen a mod/nw staff acknowledge these problems on the cleric forms.
1) Healing Action
Tier 1
5 point feat
Description:
Gain 1/2/3% more Action Point whenever you use a Healing ability.
Problem:
Is this a typo and it is really 'Gain 1/2/3/4/5%' or are those last two points wasted completely?
Suggested Solutions:
Please either fix the typo or change this feat to a 3 point feat.
2) Initiate of the Faith
Tier 3
5 point feat
Description:
Your Crit Stat is increased by .2/.4/.6/.8/1% of your power stat.
Problem:
At level 60 crit stat is equal to 0.01% crit chance so that means you gain 0.0001% crit chance per point of power. It would take 10000 power to gain 1% crit chance from 5 points put into this feat, or instead wasting 5 heroic feat points in "Initiate of the Faith" you could spend 1 heroic feat point in "Weapon Mastery" to get plus 1% crit chance. I am sure that there is a way in game to get over 10k however not only is it wasteful, 5 points in "Initiate of the Faith" can never ever surpass 2 points in "Weapon Mastery."
Suggested Solutions:
Please buff those % values by at least a factor of 5. What I am trying to get at is make it so that 3 points in "Weapon Mastery" beats 3 points in "Initiate of the Faith" but 4 points in "Initiate of the Faith" beats 3 points in "Weapon Mastery" and 5 points flat out out classes "Weapon Mastery."
Otherwise just remove/lock this feat entirely, it doesn't even have the right to call itself a point trap for newbes at the moment.
p.s.
I know that one of the 'increase x by 5/10/15/20/25%' feats was mistyped as 'increases x by 5/10/15/20/15%.' I do not know if this was fixed and I highly doubt it was, I believe that it was "Desperate Renewal," however I can't be sure as the game is currently down.
p.s.s.
These (at least the first two) have been stated/discussed on the cleric board however nothing seems to have come of it and the tops just go away. My hope is that a mod or someone with the power to direct it to the right people to fix this will read this.
3)Second Sight
Virtuous Paragon Tier 2
5 point feat
In game description:
When "Prophecy of Doom" ends, it disperses 5/10/15/20/15% of the damage as a heal to you and all allies near the target.
Problem:
A very obvious typo.
Solution:
Fix the typo.
Confusion:
According to the wiki:
When Prophecy of Doom ends, it disperses 2/4/6/8/10% of the targets health to you and all allies near the target.
Banter:
It is rather annoying that I don't have the respect tokens needed to test to see which one is correct, nor does it help that "Prophecy of Doom" does not list the damage it deals. On the one hand assuming that the in game description is accurate, minus the typo, this will do next to nothing, maybe about 1000 hp heal from what I've seen (you will get more from two autos on an astral sealed target). However, if the wiki's description is accurate, this is a one point wonder as 2% of a raid boss's max health is going to full heal anyone in range.
Comments
It is not "Desperate Renewal" that has a typo.
