[Bug Report] Astral Diamond/Zen Convertion & Auction House

Hello there D&D NeverWinter community.
I been playing this game for about a week only and for a Beta game, it's a very good game. I haven't experienced any major bugs/glitches except sometimes I can't enter into the game because it can't connect to a server, but there is some other in-game issues I spotted.
First off, let me start with the Astral Diamond/Zen Convertion Bug
-I've been working hard to get my 5000 diamonds to get 100 Zen and when I got them, first 2 days I couldn't get into the feature in-game because when I clicked the icon to get the Astral Diamond/Zen Convertion Menu, an error appeared saying, "Astral Diamond Convertion is disabled". Not sure what it said EXACTLY, but it said it was disabled. Yesterday I managed to get in and wanted to convert my 5000 diamonds into 100 Zen, but when I did it, all my Astral diamonds are gone and I got no zen. Basically, I converted my 5000 diamonds into 0 Zen. I lost all diamonds and got no Zen.
Now let me get to the Auction House bug.
-I cannot access the item list at all. When I get to the auction house and click on EQUIPMENT or anything, 5 seconds later after searching, I get an error, "Cannot find any items. Please try again later." Or something similar to that. I've been experiencing that problem since 2nd time I used the Auction House. First time I found out about it, I had the menu and could browse for items, but now nothing.
I'm mostly disappointed because I lost all my diamonds for nothing after doing hours and hours of quests and what not. I know this is a Beta stage and it's still a great game, but please try to fix these issues as soon as possible.

Yes, I've heard of that issue. I know it's being worked on, but I just hope they fix it soon so I decided to post some of these issues.
@exchange: 5000 AD for 100 zen? The cheapest zen (in Beholder) are around 387 AD each. I think you've tried to buy zen at 50 AD each, but when you do this, if there aren't offers by that price you simply put a list waiting to buy the zen, you don't actually buy then. If it's what happened, you can get your AD back by clicking on the 3rd tab of exchange window, cancelling your buy list and then withdrawing the AD on the first tab, in the lower part of the window.
