Just got an email that a ticket i sent 9 days ago was Closed for no good reason what so ever. Ive noticed a few threads today saying the same thing.
So customer service just closed everyone's tickets because they couldn't be bothered to go through the backlog? That is just disgraceful behaviour.
So, how many people with tickets got the closed ticket email today?

Because if customer service can't be bothered to go through tickets, why should i bother to look at other threads?
Oh, and before you throw up "well, hire more people, derp!!": They have an opening for CS reps on their careers page. Doesn't mean they can be instantly brought up to speed. In the short-term, a decision had to be made to improve response times. If anything, I'd feel sorry for the CS lead, as it was probably their boss breathing down their necks about metrics for response times.
This clears up the ticket queue for genuine issues. Darth was saying on the tech forum that a lot of people were putting in tickets for gameplay-related things better left to a wiki or forum, but all tickets had to be answered in some fashion for documentation and tracking purposes.
