Tired of PVP leader trolls

There seems to be a string of PVP groups going around that kick people from matches just cause they can. There needs to be a vote system put in place to prevent instant kick via leader . It's getting abused badly.

    Vote system is the way. A random leader that can kick anyone he wants is the most stupid thing I have ever seen in a MMO.
