Anyone having success with refunds?

I have put in an email with a description of what I am asking from Cryptic and awaiting a response. I am sure I know the answer but anyways just curious if anyone else was able to get a refund.

    if you paid with paypal just do a dispute if you payed with CC then you need to contact your CC company.

    I have my sto on this account and don't want my sto banned because of a chargeback. But thanks for the feedback.
