So far i have not noticed a huge impact from stacking Recovery. And i noticed how fast Shadow Weaver is gaining the preference for Control Wizards. So Crit is the way to go then Power. However, how about Armor Pen? Any thoughts on that?

I heard roughly 1500 Armor Pen is good, after that it diminishes.
Edit: Maybe for PvP more like 2200

what's the point of stacking armor pen so high when any decent group will have wizards and clerics debuffing the bosses damage mitigation anyway?
Did people already stop looking at the spreadsheet? Armor pen has been proven to be HAMSTER.
You can't reduce armor below 0% with armor penetration.
Debuffs like ray of enfeeblement, however, are applied separately and can reduce damage mitigation below 0%.

you can debuff into negative values. Means, there is no cap.

What spreadsheet ? Its worth stacking some over 1500 for pvp . Pretty good for it.
