Knights Valor - Bugged? - GF

I have had something strange happen to me... well 2x actually.

Rarely after using Knights Valor a lot it starts flashing red. I can no longer use the ability. I try moving it to a different slot from q to r and this makes no difference. The issue follows the slot. I then move it off the bar and us another ability. When I put Knights Valor back it works 1x then goes into that unusable state again.

Is this a bug? Is someone else using an ability that is disabling this one?

    No not bugged. It's working as intended. Sad right.

    Any idea why the skill starts flashing red, and I can no longer use it?

    I have to assume it means something...

    it happened to me once or twice, sometimes i have to re-log to fix it and sometimes i just need to remove it off my hotkey.
