Cosmetic slot suggestion

It would be nice if we had a cosmetic neck slot that would take the many different capes we find. A lot of them are really nice but you quickly out level them so they become useless. I even out leveled the level 60 racial cloak in less than 2 hours simply by finding a blue necklace. Even if we had to convert the capes to cosmetic only piece, as long as it was cheap to do so, since we would be converting a piece of armor to a cosmetic piece. I would suggest making it cost gold that was either a reasonable flat fee or that scaled with the level of the item. That way a 60 would have something to spend their gold on besides potions and kits and we could still show off the various cool cloaks.

    There is no need for a cosmetic slot for actual equipment type capes. You can change the appearance of the item with another item. That being said, I do believe they should add an additional slot to the Fashion items that you can equip, and then they need to convert that stupid Caturday cape over to a fashion item, so people could actually wear it, because as it stands right now, that item is literally useless.
