As a result of the "Rollback" all the guild permissions were reset (without my knowledge) and as result, a person joined, cleaned out the Guild Bank and then left, all within 3 minutes. This is unacceptable. Your "Patience bag" is unacceptable. My Guild is over 200 members strong (so not a small one) and several tickets have been submitted. Please be warned to all those other Guild Masters out there, CHECK YOUR PERMISSIONS!! So the same thing doesn't happen to you!!!
It only takes 1 person to ruin it for everyone. You know who you are, as do we, and now so does PWE. All I can hope is your banned and cant do this to anyone else. I am not holding my breath for my guild to get anything back.

Umm, odd, in my guild nothing changed with the roll back, and i checked after the roll back because i had several weapon enchants. leader still had every permission, and all the lower ranks had none. You situation sounds like an inside job.

Maybe they changed their guild bank permisions during the rollback timeframe and just forgot to change it again once the rollback took place. I wouln't think any global permissions were reset.
Anyone being invited to the Guild at "Recruit" level (Guild rank 1) has no ability to withdraw anything (our guild permission is that from Rank 3, you get 1 gold/day or 1 item). The Guild permissions have always been screwy since early access. Theres is no other explanation I can give, in this circumstance. I would love to display his @ handle, but I cant name and shame him apparently on these forums. That being said, I have let Cryptic know and his @ handle is known on my Guilds website so my other Guild members can keep an eye out for any future invite requests, even though Recruitment has now been closed.
I suggest you report the player for what he did using the ingame support ticket. We had a similar case with a senior officer who took all valuables from the vault, then started to kick all the online players that he could then some offline ones. I said in the ticket same but that he scammed us fr hundreds of dollars worth and they responded quickly they said to add said player to ignore and that they would investigate him thoroughly ^_^ no rollback tho

The permissions will only change if you set the permissions on that day, between 5AM PST and 1PM PST (or whatever it is, something like that). And this is because everything got rolled back. The OP should have known this but he didn't think about it so it's Cryptic's fault.
I made my guild on the 25th, 1st day of head start, and I think it was 3 days later that I could set permissions, and did so. It was bad timing that he set his permissions on that specific day during that specific time, and more bad luck that it didn't occur to him that a roll back would mean lost changes.

Edit: Sorry for your loss of stuff btw.
