What happens if Characters wiped?

Simple but scary question. What happens to our foundry quests if the characters are wiped?

I ask this because a requirement to even use the foundry is to have a character above level 15. I know that the foundry is tied to my account, so that should ease any fears, but I am still worried. Many of us have spent lots of hours making content. I just want to know that it will be safe.

So, what's at risk? Is the foundry tied to anything else character based? Will we lose our foundry quests?

If wipe occurs some think the characters are the only ones that disappear, since the foundry quest only linked to the account and not any character.

PS: I just hope they clean the registry of characters with a nice wipe and everything starts from 0 with no problems or anything.

Cryptic would not be so stupid as to wipe all the foundry quests, if they did a character wipe! All the hours authors have spent creating them would cause massive amounts of hostility, most authors may well not even play again / create any content if they did.

Think it is safe to say, your foundry quests are safe.

This is a pointless thread with pointless speculation. There will be no wipe. Not now. Not ever. Cryptic has made this very clear.

Instead of wasting your time on being afraid, why not focus on positive and constructive things instead? Life is too short to worry about things you can't control. Use the energy on the Foundry or whatever you like, but not on fear. It's just not worth it.

Will do. Just with all the commotion going on, it's difficult to ignore sometimes.

    Thanks for the replies.
