I am rolling a human rogue and I was just wondering for pve only what would I put more of my points into, str or cha? I've seen so many people say this and that and it's rather confusing for me to understand everything about str and cha.
I understand that str gives damage over all while cha gives combat advantage and pet stats so for pve only, what would the best stat to use my points?
It seems to be, according to threads on the forums (no actual number crunching here, just parroting what I've read),
that STR is a rogue's primary stat and you wanna pump that up as high as you can...
The diversity of opinion seems to be on whether the CHA or DEX is the second most important stat...

Okay, so then it come down to crit or combat advantage. How does 24 str, 20 dex and 14 cha sounds to you all or should I get more into cha? I know I can get more crit on gear but not a number cruncher XD. In the end I don't want to be the best of the best and get everything, just enough where I am not horrible.
