As far as I know, they plan on merging all servers into one after beta?

Would you spend money on putting together another set of servers (you do realized this is a cluster of servers to be a shard right?) that will eventually be merge in the near future?
So lets assume a new server/shard comes up. six months down the line they merge them all and call it "Winterlord" server. guess what? all the "issues" from 3 other shard are now merge with the one "clean" shard. now what? people are going to be upset with all the "flooding" of the market of mix shard items.
