Having started a rogue to investigate its OP (no offense there) it has showed me that the flourish on GWF is broken. There is no stun aspect as indicated. Proof is: no swirly- Q above mobs head, and no downtime of being stunned.
Since this is a higher level GWF encounter I expect it to be equal to the rogue deft strike at a minimum. That said it would mean that since the GWF cooldown is ~14 sec, the stun should equal ~7 second, and show the swirly q for that time. Yes, the rogue is 50% of its ~9 second cooldown....
Yo! Guys, Any NEWS on the Flourish Stun Bug Fix? I agree with astariadodf that there's no STUN Effect on the Flourish but what do we do to make the Developers Fix it? And Please don't say that it will make the GWF OP because that is really unfair. Control Wizards have tons of Skills that disables their enemies and TR's (I have a TR lvl 60) have Dazing Strike that has a very low cooldown without even having a High Recovery. Hope someone would notice and Fix the Flourish Stun Bug along with the TAB bug for all classes, since there are times when my TR's Stealth or GWF's Unstoppable doesn't trigger for both PVE & PVP. No Game is Perfect even for Games Developed by Perfect World but I sincerely hope that they get to fix them soon. Thanks! Much appreciated!
What your talking about is a daze effect. The stun does happen. Its the first hit. IF the stun doesnt happen, the person can just keep moving while the other following attacks hit. If feated, the last hit also stuns.
I've used and have had this skill used on me very recently and nothing is wrong with this skill. it is not bugged.
