Since your support/customer service pages are offline and we can't create tickets or even talk to customer service about our orders. Do you have a phone # or another way for us to contact you about Billing issues?
Contact US page works but when you click on any of the support links they all report errors and do not load. You can check ticket status or create a new ticket.
Let me rephrase - You can NOT click on the contact us page. You can get to the main support page but when you click on the "Contact Us" link or the Ticket link it reports a redirect error.
If it would help, I am sure that people in this thread could suggest using /stuck in response to any problem that you have, and then declare the problem closed?
I have tickets in support for 6 days. I've tried contacting support, no response and their sites support does not work. Is there a phone # I can contact to correct the problem?
