So you rolled back a few hours for an exploit that was abused since closed beta. GJ!

Congratz Cryptic on yet another exploit squashed (that was used since launch) and order restored.

Wow you people are tools.

No wipe = me asking for a refund. Yes, I only bought $50 worth of Zen but the way you handled this is ridiculous. What can a rollback of a few hours do vs an exploit that has been used since before the game launched for non HOTN members?

    Cryptic didn't do anything. It's a Perfect World game. Learn who runs the show... You don't buy your zen from Cryptic. This isn't a Cryptic website. I don't know how so many people don't understand that PWE bought the game.

    It does not matter that it was or was not in closed beta it been in game for at least days just became public due to boasting in last 2 days but certainly not 7 hours .
    also as someone said

    GF exploit doesn't require the gateway.
    Creating foundry quests to hit 60 in an hour doesn't require the gateway.
    Farming bosses without resetting the dungeon doesn't require the gateway.

    Should I go on?
    Sorry but fact is the game has been running like an open beta but PWE took money for that and there lies the problem.Game in its state should certainly npt be transfered to live server!

    crazy ! i dont believe and first time i see this in a game and PWE don't react !! it's a open beta why they dont close and wipe everything for begin a new fresh fixed server... it's crazy

    I'm pretty sure the loophole was there long before. It was discovered early but not widely known. In that post on Reddit, a player used the exploit over a few weeks, and sold his ill-gotten gains to gold farmers. Who in turn sold those to players.

    If Cryptic does a wipe, they get all the heat. If they do an 8 hour roll back (darn you Cryptic, one more hour and I'd have won the lottery), it might wipe away most of the damage but even if they perma-ban these few players... then what? Start removing AD from the gold farmer accounts AND their customers (incidentally, this was done in EQ2 by SOE... and over there, like here, the TOS supports the dev/publisher, you're not suppose to patronize the gold farmers).

    As for the timeline, try to remember when you started seeing negative expiration dates on your consignments.

    people need to stop crying i have spent alot of money and i don't care about the bugs r exploits i was only mad at how long the server was down but o well the game is in beta deal with it. when u sign up for this game unless you are a <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> u will see the beta at the top of the page so expect to have problems because its in beta

    also saying u want your money back makes me lol if your gonna act like that then don't come and play these types of games i bet most of the people crying in this forum in no way was effected by this bug. u just want attention.

    please stop crying and complaining about your petty rage because no one cares and pwi will do what they can to fix it not like what warz did and say there fixing it and do nothing at all
    be glad they at least jump on problems when they happen i for one am glad to play this game and really love it

    now im going back to watching some crappy show on netflix as i cant sleep and its 2am

    so goodnight all cya in the game sometime
