GWF rage issue

for the last two weeks in pvp if i die whilst in my "rage" mode it cannot be re activated the rest of the match. i do not know the actual name of the ability but its GWF only saving grace in pvp against all the cc users. and yet 1 out of 3 matches my rage will be incapable of activating under weird circumstances.
This only seems to happen if you try to activate rage whilst its still on or if you die with it active.
